Throughout his career, Mr. Sunil has held pivotal roles including Software Engineer, Team Lead, Tech Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Chief Technology Officer. Collaborated with multinational corporations such as CDN Solutions, Webgility, Together Light Inc., and SoupedUp.
In addition to his strong technical foundation, Mr. Sunil is well-versed in strategic management, business administration, and corporate governance. His experience enables him to provide holistic oversight, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance and long-term value creation. His multifaceted expertise makes him well-equipped to contribute effectively to board-level decision-making, particularly in areas involving technology strategy, risk assessment, and digital transformation.
Mr. Dharmendra Pawar – Independent Director
Mr. Dharmendra Pawar, is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and post graduated in Finance & Taxation. He has experience in various fields such as Company law matters, direct & indirect Taxation, Government clearances/approvals; FEMA & SEBI related matters, etc. He has started his career in working with M/s G.S. Gambhir & Associates, Chartered Accountants, in the field of income Tax and Accounting. Currently, he is working as a whole time Company Secretary in M/s. Ampo Valves India Private Limited.
Mrs. Alka Sagar – Woman Director
Mrs. Alka Sagar is an advocate by profession. Presently she is working with Mr. R.L. Jain, Senior Advocate in High court of Indore. Mrs. Sagar is having an experience of around 9 years as private practitioner and a court lawyer. She started her carrier as a private practitioner from district court. She has good experience in legal matters. Mrs. Alka Sagar has Bachelors in Health Science from Devi Ahiliya Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Indore, Bachelors in Law from Devi Ahiliya Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Indore and holds post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from VMOU, Kota Affiliated by Indira Gandhi National Open University Bhopal (M.P.).
Mr. Saurabh Kalani -Whole time Director
Mr. Saurabh Kalani a commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai. He joined family business at age of 23. After taking in a few years of hands on experience he diversified group’s activity into the field of Poly-Woven packaging which today is flagship manufacturing company of the group under the name Flexituff Ventures International Limited. He helped the Company grow into a multi-dimensional company of present structure leading a host of business and a team of 7000 strong people in India and abroad. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of manufacturing, import, export, market development, strategic planning, production planning, financial planning etc. relating to Raffia Industry. He is the founder President of the Indian Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (IFIBCA) and was the Vice President of All India Flat Tape Manufacturers’ Association. Currently he is the member of the Committee of the Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL). He has expert knowledge in the products manufactured by Flexituff Ventures International Limited and its utilization in global market.
Mr. Rahul Chouhan – Whole-time Director
Mr. Rahul Chouhan, is Post Graduate (Commerce). He has been associated with the Company since 2010. He has experience in various fields such as Accounting, Book Keeping, Audit, Banking, Cash Management and finalization of Balance Sheet etc.
Mr. Jagdish Prasad Pandey – Whole-time Director
Mr. Jagdish Prasad Pandey, is a commerce graduate with his Excellency in various fields such as Accounting and Bookkeeping, Banking, Cash Management etc. He has been associated with the Company for more than a decade.
