Mr. Saurabh Kalani -Whole time Director
Mr. Saurabh Kalani a commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai. He joined family business at age of 23. After taking in a few years of hands on experience he diversified group’s activity into the field of Poly-Woven packaging which today is flagship manufacturing company of the group under the name Flexituff Ventures International Limited. He helped the Company grow into a multi-dimensional company of present structure leading a host of business and a team of 7000 strong people in India and abroad. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of manufacturing, import, export, market development, strategic planning, production planning, financial planning etc. relating to Raffia Industry. He is the founder President of the Indian Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (IFIBCA) and was the Vice President of All India Flat Tape Manufacturers’ Association. Currently he is the member of the Committee of the Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL). He has expert knowledge in the products manufactured by Flexituff Ventures International Limited and its utilization in global market.
Mr. Rahul Chouhan – Whole time Director
Mr. Rahul Chouhan, is Post Graduate (Commerce). He has been associated with the Company since 2010. He has experience in various fields such as Accounting, Book Keeping, Audit, Banking, Cash Management and finalization of Balance Sheet etc.
Mr. Jagdish Prasad Pandey – Whole time Director
Mr. Jagdish Prasad Pandey, is a commerce graduate with his Excellency in various fields such as Accounting and Bookkeeping, Banking, Cash Management etc. He has been associated with the Company for more than a decade.
Mr. Siddharth Shankar Mahajan – Non Executive – Independent Director
Mr. Siddharth Shankar Mahajan, aged about 48, has been appointed as an Independent Director of our Company. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Also, he holds Certificate of Practice since July, 2008. He brings experience of 22 years in the field of Taxation, Finance & Accounts, Audits, Finance Operation, Internal Controls. He is Senior Managing Partner at M/s Joshi Mahajan & Co., CA Firm since 2008 till date.
Mrs. Surabhi Singh Rathod – Non Executive – Independent Women Director
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company, has 7 years of experience in the field of secretarial matters. She
became an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in May, 2017 and gained enrich experience in secretarial matters.
She has also obtained the degree of Bachelors of Laws (LLB) in 2017 and B.com in 2013.She has started his career with her own practice in the field of accounts,Tax Law & Audit and Corporate Laws. Thereafter, she has worked with Jie Lian Mobile India Private Limited., a leading company in trading and distribution of VIVO Mobile Phones and VIVO service Centers, as Company Secretary and Legal Manager for four and a half years from November, 2019 to September, 2024 She is well known for her dedication, hard work and sincerity towards work. Her association with the organization will help to reach at its new heights of success.
